Object of Desire: to focus on developing the team leadership skills that are necessary to being an effective VPAA.
Activities:
- Read The Leadership Challenge or another book on leadership this year.
- Lead each member of my team through a SOAR analysis
- Discuss my SOAR analysis results with my team so they can better understand my goals
- Conduct periodic reflection with my team on our progress towards our individual and collective goals.
Methods of Assessment:
- Completion of stated activities
- Reflection on the impact of these activities on our performance
