Activities:
- Begin team and committee meetings this academic year with an explicit focus on SOAR
- Have team and committees reflect in writing on their progress at key moments over the course of the year
Assessment:
- Have teams and committees reflect on their own accomplishments at the end of the year, and to provide feedback on the leadership strategies and practices that did or did not impact these achievements.
