To give you a sense of my teaching style, here are three short segments taken from my English 333, “Writing in Academic, Professional, and Public Contexts” course at the University of Southern Mississippi. This course was part of a redesign project that I led, funded by the National Center for Academic Transformation.
These segments come from the same “introductory” lecture, conducted in a large hall with approximately 300 students in attendance.
